Faith & Film is an engaging discussion-based program designed to explore the intersection of popular culture and Christian faith. Participants will view a selected secular film (at home beforehand) and then take part in a guided compare-and-contrast discussion, examining how the themes, characters, and messages of the film align with—or differ from—biblical truths and Christian values.

Each session is led by local faith-based leaders and guest speakers who help facilitate thoughtful conversation, encourage critical thinking, and provide biblical insight. Through open dialogue, participants are invited to reflect on faith, culture, morality, redemption, and purpose as seen through both Scripture and storytelling.

Faith & Film creates a welcoming space for ALL to thoughtfully engage culture while deepening their understanding of Christian faith in a relevant and meaningful way.

Goals:

Encourage faith-centered conversations using relatable, modern media

Equip participants to discern cultural messages through a Christian worldview

Foster community through respectful discussion and shared reflection

Connect biblical principles to everyday life and popular culture

Hoops & Him is a basketball-based discipleship program for youth and young adults. Each session begins with a short, relatable, faith-based devotional that connects biblical principles to life lessons learned on the court. The program emphasizes character development, teamwork, discipline, and spiritual growth—on and off the court.

Goal:

To develop strong athletes and faithful leaders by using basketball as a tool to grow character, build community, and deepen relationships with Christ.

Prayer & Paddle is a unique opportunity for middle and high school students to grow in faith while experiencing the beauty of God’s creation. Through paddleboarding or kayaking, students will combine outdoor adventure with intentional times of prayer, reflection, and community.

Goals:

Faith Building – Students learn to talk with God through guided prayers, scripture reflections, and group devotionals.

Community – Paddling together builds teamwork, encouragement, and friendship.

Adventure – Enjoying the outdoors reminds us of God’s creativity and goodness.
